Doom King This has moments of real magic and invokes bands like Sleep, The Doors and QOTSA (the Kyuss-like noodling underneath Lanegan's Timbre will do that) to name a few.

The three guest singers really makes for something special; each adding critical mass and shining individually, it truly is wonderful. I also really enjoy the journey of the instrumental version...

But how that Mark Lanegan haunts me so 🤘🤘 Favorite track: Where We Part Ways.

abnormal_listening_habits I had to come back and correct my mistake of not buying the vinyl the first time around. Fantastic Album.
A real trip.

about

This is the worldwide standard edition of Year One, Volume Five in the PostWax series.

Sweden's prolific post-apocalyptic doom trio return on the heels of their mindblowing album, "Flood," with a new EP of mindbending heaviness. At nearly 30 minutes, "Slow Fidelity" builds on the band's cataclysmic, looping riff foundation with new psychedelic and experimental touches. Also includes a mammoth jam-monster that features no less than three guest singers, including the singular Mark Lanegan along with Lea of Besvärjelsen and Marty of Slomatics. Let Swedish doom reign!
